Keyholding

Our keyholding service ensures a UK wide response within 30 minutes, depending on traffic and weather conditions.

Subject to individual site conditions, we will despatch a licenced operative who will attend the site within agreed timescales. On arrival, they will check the premises for criminal damage and allow access to emergency services as required plus reset the security system if fitted and carry out any other procedures requested in advance by the client. In the case of serious incidents, we will contact you to bring you up to speed, prior to a full written report describing the incident, actions taken and people contacted.
